Week 14 in the 3's

Good afternoon 3’s families,

Short email today for a short week! More pictures to come in next week’s email. There will be no school TOMORROW, DECEMBER 11th due to parent-teacher conferences. We are looking forward to chatting with you. If possible, please set your little ones up with an independent activity so that we can use our full 15 minutes to zoom-conference. Thank you for your cooperation!

We repeated many of our activities so the students could have more time with them.

This week at CIRCLE TIME,

· We read Llama, Llama Holiday Drama, by Anna Dewdney.

· We also played our gingerbread man game again. The children LOVE peeking behind the different colored pans to see if he’s hiding there! Ask your child what color pan he was hiding behind today.

What’s new in CENTERS this week?

· Art: Students used stickers, crayons and markers to decorate gingerbread people and winter trees.

· Discovery Bins: Magnetic Discovery Bottles

· Yellow Bins: Gingerbread Man Ring Toss

It’s hard to believe that we only have one week left until our Winter Break. We look forward to seeing you next Thursday, December 17th.

REMINDER: Friday, December 18th is Ugly Sweater Day!
